Our Provider has been performing physicals for infants to adults for over a decade.

We have over a decade of experience performing physicals for the Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts, Explorers and the Summer Camp Forms associated with Both. Public, Private, Boarding Schools can be very particular about the forms and testing, we know, we perform those physicals as well.

We also offer free occupational physicals to volunteers and emergency personnel.

Physical examinations can involve measuring physical ability, testing for alcohol and drugs, and/or other assessments. These exams can often help determine if an individual is fit to take on a position that involves any degree of physical ability or manual labor

Employment Physical Examinations typically analyze:

Muscular Tension (involves lifting, pulling and pushing actions)

CDL / DOT PHYSICAL

You may want check with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration if you have any questions regarding your personal medical conditions prior to your visit with us @ https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/faq/Medical-Requirements

CDL Drivers require a special physical from a FMCSA certified provider.

If you come in with documentation from your PCP and Optometrist dated within 3 months of your exam, the cost will be reduced by 50%.

If you are an individual driver who needs to qualify for a DOT certification, we can help you understand the medical requirements you need to meet and provide you with excellent care and guidance throughout the process. If you have issues that prevent you from qualifying, we can schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss treatment and help get you back on the road!

We provide individual drivers with:

Forms to complete before the physical
A timely appointment to get you in and out and back to work
An explanation of conditions or issues that may keep you from qualifying
Follow up care to treat any disqualifying conditions and get you back on the road
There is no refund if you are found to be medically unqualified to renew your CDL.
